The Source |Charleston White Hopes Boosie Receives Maximum Sentence In Federal Gun Case

Charleston White is once again taking aim at Boosie Badazz, this time in response to the rapper’s upcoming federal gun sentencing. Boosie, who accepted a plea deal earlier this month, is set to learn his fate in court soon, but White made it clear he’s hoping for the harshest possible outcome.

In a recent Instagram rant captured by DJ Akademiks, White mocked Boosie, writing in his caption: “It’s count down time! @torencehatch1g gets sentenced in federal court tomorrow! … Shout out to the White Judge and the White District Attorney who picked up that state gun charge and charged him federally! This is a great day in hip hop for the 9 murdered Black males and their families, who have been ignored for too long! Justice for the victims of gun violence.”

Boosie was originally arrested in 2023 on charges of being a felon in possession of a firearm. Earlier this month, he revealed via X (formerly Twitter) that he had accepted a plea agreement. “JUST ACCEPTED A PLEA FROM THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT ON MY GUN CASE,” he wrote. “I THOUGHT THIS CASE WAS OVER N I WAS GOING TO GET ON WITH MY LIFE BUT ‘GOD DONT MAKE MISTAKES’ N IM TIRED OF FIGHTING. TALKED TO MY FAMILY N THIS IS THE RIGHT DECISION. TO ALL MY FANS ACROSS THE WORLD SAY A PRAYER FOR YA BOY N GO GET THE NEW ALBUM #wordsofarealone.”

Despite Boosie’s attempt to move forward, White doubled down during a livestream, saying he not only expected the rapper to serve time, but also openly celebrated the possibility.
