Sean “Diddy” Combs has been ordered to turn over a collection of private recordings and digital devices to federal investigators as part of the terms of his sentencing in his recent prostitution-related conviction.

The 55-year-old music executive was sentenced earlier this month to 50 months in federal prison after being found guilty on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution, violations of the Mann Act. The ruling also requires him to surrender several electronic items believed to be tied to his alleged criminal activity.

According to court documents obtained by AllHipHop, Diddy must hand over laptops, hard drives, phones, and tablets seized during earlier raids on his California and Florida homes. Among the confiscated materials are what investigators refer to as the “Ibiza Tapes,” reportedly filmed during a 1996 trip overseas. Officials claim these items represent “property used or intended to be used” in connection with illegal acts. He must also forfeit $9,000 in cash recovered during his 2024 arrest at a Manhattan hotel.

Federal authorities say the recordings were significant evidence during his trial, where Diddy was acquitted of racketeering and sex trafficking charges but convicted of prostitution-related offenses. Witness testimony, including from his former girlfriend Cassie Ventura, described the recordings as part of a pattern of coercion and intimidation during events labeled as “freak-offs.”

Diddy has continued to maintain that all encounters were consensual and is currently appealing the ruling through the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. His request to serve time in a minimum-security facility in New Jersey for rehabilitation and family proximity was denied.

The seized devices and footage are now in federal custody under the U.S. Customs and Border Protection, marking one of the final steps in the long-running investigation that began with high-profile raids earlier this year.
