On Sunday, December 14th, Sway’s Universe took over the Regent Theater in downtown Los Angeles for a night celebrating hip-hop culture and excellence. The event was hosted by Sway and his crew and featured standout moments filled with highlights, awards, and accolades honoring some of the culture’s most influential figures.

Honorees of the night included Large Professor, Ken Swift, KXNG Crooked, Ras Kass, Supernat, DJ Rev, and a special tribute to the late Chino XL, whose legacy was respectfully celebrated.

The evening also welcomed an impressive lineup of special guests and hip-hop heavyweights. Xzibit delivered a surprise performance, while Cappadonna and RZA of the Wu-Tang Clan, along with Demrick, made notable appearances, adding even more energy and star power to an unforgettable night.

The night was also elevated by powerful live performances from Ras Kass, Large Professor, KXNG Crooked, and Supernat, each taking the stage to perform selections from their own respected catalogs. Every artist brought a distinct style and presence, reminding the audience why they remain influential voices in hip-hop. From sharp lyricism to commanding stage energy, the performances highlighted decades of contribution to the culture and kept the crowd fully engaged throughout the evening. Together, these sets added depth and momentum to the celebration, reinforcing the legacy and impact of the artists being honored.
