Waka Flocka Flame found himself in the middle of a heated situation during a weekend out in Montauk, New York, that ended with the rapper and his entourage being asked to leave a popular nightlife spot.

Listen if you ever ventured out to a nightclub in the city that never sleeps, you will know that these things happen.

Fresh off a performance at Bounce Beach Club on Saturday night, the Atlanta-born artist was invited the next day to Surf Lodge by the venue’s owner. But things didn’t go as planned when Waka and a group of 13 associates reportedly attempted to enter through a side entrance, bypassing a main entry where fire marshals were managing a large crowd.

According to Page Six, a security guard stopped them at the door and denied entry, sparking a fiery reaction from Waka. The outlet reported that the rapper responded by verbally confronting the guard, allegedly saying, “Go fk yourself, you’re a dk” and repeating the word “f**k” several times.

When a second security guard tried to calm things down, a member of Waka’s crew reportedly told him, “Your size doesn’t intimidate us.” Despite the tense back-and-forth, the club’s owner was still willing to allow Waka and his team inside. Managers attempted to explain that the guards were simply following protocol, but the situation escalated again. A crew member allegedly shouted a homophobic slur during the altercation, intensifying the standoff.

Even as staff continued trying to deescalate, reports say Waka was not backing down. “I’m worth 20 million dollars. Do you know who I am?” he reportedly said.

With no peaceful solution in sight, the Surf Lodge staff made the decision to ask Waka and his group to leave the venue. A source told Page Six that the entire incident lasted less than three minutes but left a lasting impression.

Neither Waka nor his team have publicly commented on the situation as of yet.
