Beyoncé made her final Cowboy Carter tour stop one for the history books. On Saturday, July 26, the superstar lit up Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas with a surprise appearance from none other than Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams. The moment sent the crowd into a frenzy as the original Destiny’s Child trio reunited onstage and delivered a high-energy set that included classics like “Lose My Breath” and “Bootylicious.”

Although the group officially stepped away from the spotlight in 2006 following their fourth studio album, Destiny Fulfilled, this reunion proves their sisterhood remains strong. The three have popped up together a few times since then, including Beyoncé’s unforgettable Coachella performance and Homecoming tour in 2018. Off the stage, their bond is just as tight.

Destiny’s Child has a legacy that spans over three decades. Originally formed in Houston under the name Girl’s Tyme, the group went through several changes before landing the dream trio of Beyoncé, Kelly, and Michelle. Their rise to fame came with the release of their 1999 hit album The Writing’s on the Wall, which featured game-changing tracks like “Bills, Bills, Bills” and “Say My Name.” Despite early behind-the-scenes drama and a few lineup changes, the group’s resilience helped them dominate the charts and become one of the most successful girl groups of all time.

Can someone say reunion tour?
