Gatorade Teams Up with Kendrick Lamar for “Lose More. Win More.” Campaign

Hip-hop heavyweight Kendrick Lamar is bringing even more heat Down Under this December. Due to overwhelming demand, the Pulitzer Prize-winning rapper has officially added second shows in both Melbourne and Sydney for the Australian leg of his highly anticipated 2025 Grand National Tour.

Live Nation confirmed on Tuesday, August 6, that Lamar will now perform two nights at Melbourne’s AAMI Park on December 3 and 4, as well as two nights at Sydney’s Allianz Stadium on December 10 and 11. The extension marks a major win for Aussie fans who missed out during the initial ticket rush.

Joining Lamar on the newly added dates is rising rap star Doechii, who’s no stranger to Australian crowds thanks to her 2023 appearance at the Spilt Milk festival. Doechii’s gritty, genre-bending style has made her one of the most talked-about artists in hip-hop today, making her addition a high-voltage boost to the tour’s energy.

Longtime collaborator ScHoolboy Q is set to remain on the bill for the first night in each city, ensuring that fans still get a dose of TDE synergy. However, the second nights will shine a spotlight on Lamar in solo mode, giving fans an uninterrupted dose of the lyrical genius at work.

These shows mark Kendrick’s first return to Australia since 2022, when he toured with The Big Steppers Tour. Unlike his current North American dates—where he’s co-headlining with SZA—this Australian run emphasizes Lamar’s solo prowess and artistic independence.

Fans can expect a dynamic setlist likely drawing from his acclaimed Mr. Morale & the Big Steppers album, as well as selections from his extensive catalog of fan favorites. With the addition of new dates and a dual lineup of dynamic support acts, the Grand National Tour is shaping up to be one of the year’s biggest hip-hop events in Australia.

Tickets for the second dates are expected to go fast. Fans are advised to sign up for presale notifications and stay locked in—because when Kendrick comes to town, it’s not just a concert, it’s a movement.
