DJ Akademiks has stirred conversation again after claiming that Diddy allegedly removed model Daphne Joy from a luxury rental property in Northridge, California, following his recent legal troubles. Joy, who shares a son named Sire Jackson with 50 Cent, has yet to respond publicly to the allegations.

During a livestream to thousands of viewers, Akademiks walked his audience through a series of Zillow listings and screenshots taken from Joy’s old posts on the Gram. He pointed out that online users had matched the design of a recently listed rental home, specifically the kitchen, to the one seen in Joy’s previous videos.

“Apparently, this was where she was staying,” Akademiks said. “If you look at the kitchen layout, it’s the same one people noticed before.”

According to him, the home was originally leased for about $10,000 a month but is now relisted for $12,000, suggesting Diddy’s financial support may have ended. “That’s the same house. Diddy was paying ten racks a month, and now it’s back up for rent,” he told viewers. “Looks like she had to move out once that stopped.”

While none of the claims have been officially verified, the speculation quickly gained traction across socials, reigniting public interest in Diddy’s personal affairs and past connections. Neither Joy nor representatives for Diddy have issued statements addressing Akademiks’ assertions.
