CuzzoMania Unveils Powerful Double Album, BIG ZO 2 — A Journey of Growth and Resilience

CuzzoMania’s highly anticipated double album, BIG ZO 2, is a bold and electrifying continuation of the vibrant narrative he introduced with his first BIG ZO release. This project further explores the persona of BIG ZO, an alter ego that embodies energy, flair, and a fearless spirit. Every track on BIG ZO 2 amplifies this character, reinforcing Cuzzo’s commitment to authenticity and creative expression.

After a hiatus from songwriting since 2016, CuzzoMania spent countless hours in his home studio, reflecting on his life and experiences. The album is a testament to his personal growth, blending introspection with celebration. While his journey has been anything but easy, BIG ZO 2 channels the resilience that’s defined Cuzzo’s path. The chill, DIY recording process allows each song to resonate with genuine emotion and a sense of freedom, offering listeners a window into the artist’s world.

From the highs to the lows, BIG ZO 2 tells a story of triumph over adversity, inviting fans to join Cuzzo on a journey of self-discovery, wisdom, and triumph. The album stands as proof that, even in the face of challenges, creativity and determination can rise above it all.

A Rising Star Rooted in Passion and Authenticity

CuzzoMania, a dynamic artist from a lively party family, has been immersed in music since he was just 13 years old. His journey began with a relentless drive to make his mark — saving up for studio time and participating in the ART 180 program at the Boys and Girls Club, where he was featured on a sponsored album. His love for music only deepened in middle and high school, and in 2016, he founded Mania World Music Group, setting the stage for his professional career.

Known for his unique blend of street influences and feel-good vibes, CuzzoMania’s music has a universal appeal, getting listeners hooked from the first note. His sound is both authentic and catchy, with lyrics that reflect his roots and the experiences that have shaped him. Inspired by his favorite rapper, Gucci Mane, Cuzzo adopted the name “CuzzoMania” as a nod to the tight-knit family bonds that have always been a cornerstone of his life.

With growing recognition in the industry and enthusiastic feedback from fellow artists, CuzzoMania is on the verge of becoming a major force in the music world. His work proves that authenticity, hard work, and passion are the true keys to success. Check out our interview below.

When did you first realize that there is a musician hidden within?

When I first realized I had musical talent i was 6 years old. I used to freestyle to all of my
favourite shows like: Doug, goosebumps, All That.

What was the concept behind the EP ‘BIG ZO 2?’

The concept behind BIG ZO 2, is a continuance from the first BIG ZO album but turn it up a
notch with more flashy, more flavour but still stay pure and true.

What is your creative process like?

Creative process is chill. I record from the comfort of home.

When did you first realize that it’s pure devotional music that you were born to
give life to?

I realize in my teens, I was 14 years old. The Boys and Girls club in Fulton Bottom, a
small neighbourhood in Richmond, Virginia. Every Friday they would do FREESTYLE
FRIDAY competitions and I won like 4 weeks straight. That’s when I knew I had something
special.

What would you do if your audience looked tired or bored during your performance?

“THE SHOW MUST GOES ON” LOL. I wouldn’t get mad because at the end of the day all
of this is a learning process. That would just be homework for me to learn how to grab the
audience attention.

How would you define your choice of beats to create your music over in simple
terms?

I make sure my beats are heavy on the 808s and a catchy bounce.
If you were to completely start over again from day one, what would you do
differently?

I wouldn’t change a thing because everything happens for a reason.

What would you be doing right now if it wasn’t for your music career?

I would probably be a working citizen in Richmond, Va.

Which qualities do you think make a great musician?

The great qualities to a great musician is authenticity and consistency.

What’s next for you?

Dropping more bangers. Got new music produced by a few superstar producers
including Saucemankeys, 808mafia and more coming soon.
