Young Thug’s latest release, a seven minute track titled “Man I Miss My Dogs,” finds the Atlanta rapper reflecting on leaked prison calls that caused waves earlier this year. Within the song, Thug takes accountability and offers apologies to several major figures in the industry including Drake, Lil Baby, 21 Savage, Future, and his partner Mariah the Scientist.

Along with the record, Thug shared handwritten apology notes on the Gram, making his remorse public while signaling his intent to repair relationships even as he continues to face the difficulties of incarceration.

Drake has not spoken directly about the apology, but fans quickly noticed that he quietly “liked” Thug’s post featuring the letter. The simple gesture sparked conversation across socials, with many interpreting it as a sign of mutual respect and a subtle acknowledgment of Thug’s effort to make amends.
