Ella Mai Returns With New Single “Tell Her”

Grammy-winning R&B star Ella Mai has returned with her brand new single “Tell Her,” now available on all streaming platforms. The release marks her first new music since her 2024 EP 3 and signals the beginning of an exciting new chapter in her career.

Produced by longtime collaborator Mustard, “Tell Her” blends Ella’s soulful vocals with a smooth, bouncy beat that feels both timeless and modern. The track finds her at her most confident, addressing themes of trust, loyalty, and clarity in relationships. Both vulnerable and direct, Ella uses the song to emphasize that real love requires openness and consistency.

“Tell Her” follows the success of “Little Things,” one of Ella’s most-streamed songs to date, and continues her tradition of celebrating love in all its forms. While past releases have highlighted romance’s joys and complexities, this new single focuses on boundaries and honesty while still leaving room for compassion.

As Ella steps into her next era, “Tell Her” reaffirms her standing as one of R&B’s most authentic voices. Her ability to fuse emotional depth with sonic smoothness has made her music resonate widely, and this latest release proves that she remains committed to giving listeners songs rooted in both tenderness and strength.
