Don’t look for Travis Scott to be back in a WWE ring. The Jackboys rapper had a red-hot angle alongside WWE Champion Cody Rhodes, the GOAT John Cena, and The Rock. But that’s a wrap?

Appearing on WWE Smackdown before Summerslam, Cena, returning to his good guy status, took a veiled shot, stating to Rhodes, “On Sunday, the only platinum rapper showing up to whip your ass is me.”

That moment fueled rumors of a falling out with Scott, which, as far as the current storyline, was driven home by WWE Hall of Famer Paul Heyman. “It fell apart and we moved forward without it — the whole deal with Travis Scott,” he said to journalist Ariel Helwani.

But overall? “Any meeting I was involved in with Travis Scott, I got along with him fine. Have I heard things? I have. Do I know the accuracy of it? I haven’t heard Travis’ version of it.

“I like his music, I like his taste in women he has children with,” Heyman helpfully added. “I wish I was dating one of those sisters.”
