Damon Dash has taken his long-simmering beef with Cam’ron to a boiling point, unleashing a $300 million lawsuit demand late Thursday night (September 18) over claims of defamation, harassment and dragging his family into the mess.
The Hip-Hop mogul posted a three-part Instagram carousel that started with a bold statement:
“Dame Dash and family office sends demand letter to Cam’ron for $300 million lawsuit.”
The second slide featured a text message to Cam’ron, where Dash accused him of going too far and admitted, “broke my heart.”
He added that while he’s open to resolving things, “I’m not talking to you anymore.”
The final slide showed a formal legal notice from Dash’s attorney, listing a laundry list of allegations, including “Defamation, Tortious Interference, Business Disparagement, Harassment, Conspiracy, and Unjust Enrichment.”
The letter stated, “You made repeated public statements, including on Instagram, falsely calling Mr. Dash a ‘liar’… You admitted on video that the entire situation was a ‘lineup,’ thereby conceding participation in reputational sabotage.”
The document also accused Cam’ron of targeting Dash’s partner Raquel Horn and involving Dash’s children in the feud, which the letter claimed caused “discomfort.”
Dash didn’t hold back in his caption either, writing, “I never hustled with @mr_camron he’s a civilian, but he’s f###### with my family office and he’s now made my wife & 2 of my sons uncomfortable. I would never do anything violent. And I don’t want anyone that loves me to do anything violent so this is the only way I can handle this… We’ll just have to let a judge decide like businessmen. And I don’t find it funny.”
He ended the post with a warning: “I hope you don’t have any houses in your name, they’re about to be mine.”
Dash also extended forgiveness to @bigfenditv, writing, “I do forgive you because I do consider you my brother.” But he made one thing clear: “Never let any man go at your family, wife or kids. Protect them at all costs. I bet you’ll s### now. I dare you to say something.”

The legal threat followed a heated back-and-forth earlier in the day, where Cam’ron fired off a brutal comment aimed at Dash’s son Lucky. “
Tell ya unwanted son Lucky how how u took 3 dna test hopping he wasn’t yours,” he wrote in Dash’s comment section. “And when he first came around you said he has to clean ya dogs s### up. Cause he had to pay dues.”
Dash responded by posting a series of photos of his son, including one of him cleaning up after a dog. “Real Harlem n##### don’t bring family into it, but you’re not a real Harlem n####. you’re Fredo @mr_camron,” he wrote.
He continued, “How do you think what you said just now is going to make my son Lucky feel? So now you want to embarrass my son? Cool. This is me showing my son how to be a man so he’s not scared and can protect his women.”
